Welcome to Sagar Travels. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Booking & Cancellation

All bookings are subject to availability. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup time may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the estimated fare.

2. Tolls & Parking

Toll taxes, parking fees, and state entry taxes (if applicable for outstation trips) are not included in the base fare and must be paid by the customer directly or will be added to the final bill.

3. Vehicle Usage

Smoking, drinking alcohol, and carrying illegal substances in our vehicles are strictly prohibited. The customer is responsible for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of the vehicle during their rental period.

4. Liability

Sagar Travels is not liable for any loss of personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please ensure you take all your valuables when you leave.
